Planning Storyboard blog

  In this blog I am going to be giving a brief description. A description what the picture of my story board mean to be exact. Now to start of we beginning first with an establishing shot. It is one of a location near by the actual setting. Then we pan pass a side walk suspended between water and the road. Then the camera pans through a road section suspended between dirt golf course roads. Then we reach and establishing shot of the area where the film will take place. In this part we are greeted with the gate entrance. Then the camera pans through the inside of apartment zone. Then we studently stop and get an establishing shot of victims apartment. Soon we a greeted with an over the shoulder shot of the victim talking to his dad. He proceeds to talk more with his father then asks if he may go to the basketball court. father agrees, victim begins walking out the door. Then he walks towards basketball court. Once he arrives at the basketball court he proceeds to start shooting shoots . The we cut and are greeted with a closeup of the lower torso of the killer. He reveals he the knife he has in his possession. he walks out of view. we cut back to victim playing basketball. then we cut back to killer walking towards victim's location. we then get a close up of the killers face. Then we cut to a shot made by the victim. victim is tired so he proceeds to take a break on the nearby bench. we soon get an establishing shot of the apartment. then the killer suddenly appears In front of the apartment. The camera then goes extra close on the killers face. next we go back to the victim who is subtly scrolling on Instagram. he proceeds to look around then go back on his phone. Killer lurks behind a bush near by victim. he peps the victim from behind the bush( point of view shot). then we get a close up of killers face in the bush.  Killer disappears into the bushes. Then from a high angle we then see the victim looking down at his phone, then he proceeds to look up. He proceeds to play basketball some more first doing a shoot then attempting a lay up. we them cut to his face and see the beads of sweat running from it. he proceeds to shoot he misses it hits the hoop the fly's left then rolls on the ground before finally stopping at the killers leg. Killer  grabs ball and says in a calm collective voice  do you want you ball back. victim reply's yes. killer throws the ball , victim catches it. Killer ask victim to play a game, he says yes. Killer walks over. victim says what game a we playing. killer moves father then the eye can see and says " how about shank". he stabs victim victim's body falls











, ball rolls away and the title ensues.

 I've watched the "how to make a short film" YouTube video and  I gathered a good amount of useful points tips and ideas. Time to delve into what I've gained. Ill start with the fact that when designing or writing you short film one should only do enough that fit their resources. A good example of such is if I have 20,000 I cant be writing or designing for a 100,000 dollar short film. Another example of such is if I only have a water gun I cannot be looking to make a wwii bunker battle since I don't have the resources for such action. When making a short film one should also think of set ups and payoffs. Their are also multiple types of set ups and pay offs including emotional and story as decreed by the video. another skill that their video speaks of is to do or act in opposite of what the audience is expecting. An example of this could be that an audience is expecting a scene  where a mysteries character is the protagonist father but then you can flip the script

ALL ABOUT ME!!!

 Good afternoon my Government name is Djonucci Stjuste But I like to go by DJ.My current age as of august 22 is 15 and i'm not going to lie i still feels the same as when i was 14. I mean on the Bright side I grew an inch.My player build(my way of saying height and weight) is 5'10 210 pounds. Yeah at first look it may seem i'm overweight but i'm actually relatively fit(my build is quite stocky tho). my passions are music and sports(namely Rap and football). I would say mentally i'm just like any other kid But physically...yeah i think not. as i said before i am relatively fit but heavyset but that is not even the most perculier thing about me. the most peculiar thing about me i would say is that i had a beard eversinse i was 12 years old! yeah i know shocking right, kids are being built different these days. blue print for next part p2

Ok, so previously i explained my game plan for doing the video project. this is a continuation of that blog. in this blog I will be going into greater detail about the second part of my plan to finish the project. First it will start with me going up to the front gate of the complex area. From there i would basically take car of all parts pertaining to the killer. I would start with the opening shot of the killer. then i would move on and take all scenes in which pertain to killer. while I'm doing that I would simultaneously improvise each scene. I would add extra movements and even add different camera angles if necessary. from then on I would go back to basketball court. Once there I would take all shots of my victim. just like the killers scenes i would try to improvise the victims scenes with movements and camera angles. After that i would start taking the scenes of the killer and victim in the same frame. I would retake some scenes just incase they were not up to par. note tha
